As a service designer, I approach projects and systems from a more holistic perspective. I love the process of identifying subtle angles to leverage the whole system and enjoy the feeling of collaborating with users to co-create values to design better experiences.

This project aims to help Koske to improve their inner workflow. Koske is the Competence Center for Highly Educated Immigrants and is part of Espoo City's employment services. Koske Matching is a service that analyzes the customer's skill set and matches them with job ads online, which then is sent to the customers through email. By conducting a series of workshops, we improved their initial questionnaire, redesigned their onboarding instructions and gave them future recommendations by showing the influences on their new service blue print stage by stage.
Achievements:
Designed and conducted 3 internal workshops for questionnaire refinement
Delivered 1 visualized service blueprint
Generated 4 design insights through restructured question formats and optimized questionnaire wording, enhancing response quality/efficiency

This project addresses accessibility challenges in Finland's transportation and mobility services within the 2021-2032 National Transport System Plan (LVM, 2020). We emphasized the traveler's experience and end-to-end accessibility. Recognizing the crucial role of the first and last mile, we proposed its inclusion in the national transport strategy via "The Task Force." A series of strategies to conduct The Task Force were visualized step by step in the final report.
Achievements:
Coordinated requirements from 10+ government/transportation agencies, designed and conducted 1 round table and 1 workshop
Completed foundational research: 30+ report analyses + 5 in-depth interviews
Conducted 11 interviews with specialists and target users
Spearheaded approval of Helsinki pilot program
